My name is Rick Bertino. Born and raised in Bucks County Pennsylvania, my  father and mother had a boatload of common sense and clearly understood the value of consistency and maintaining organization and order in a home, aka systems.

Though it took quite a long time for me to catch on to these valuable traits, I've not only embraced them but now spend my working days incorporating them into companies by documenting processes workflows and working procedures/SOPs.

Systems is clearly not a new concept. It started way back with God's creation; and businesses have incorporated them to establish consistency and scalability into their companies for over 150 years.

With 39 years of business experience, including running a small company, I’ve found it deeply rewarding to help business owners gain confidence knowing their operations run smoothly and consistently - while minimizing the time being pulled into daily tasks. 

My role will be to package your critical company knowledge into structured, easy to follow online documentation to safeguard information, streamline training, and improve performance consistency - especially when key employees suddenly leave and new employees come aboard.

Documenting processes & SOPs is also a critical foundation to have in place prior to employing AI to optimize existing processes.
