COMPARING THE TWO OPTIONS:
Choose DIY if you:
- Want/need to minimize investment to the project
- Have a competent internal team member who is available to document your processes & SOPs and can run with it after some initial instruction, go with DIY
- Want to control the entire process
- Have time flexibility to finish the project
Choose DIWY if you:
- Believe this project has complexity that requires professional assistance
- Have no one internally competent to run with it even after initial support
- Prefer hands on documenting expertise and accountability
- Want to drive progress and finish the project as soon as possible (3-5x faster)
- Want to optimize the completeness, accuracy and effectiveness of every process & SOP (such that anyone can step in and execute them effectively)

If you switch from DIY to DIWY within 30 days, I'll apply 50% of the DIY fee.
